The whole process of renting was amazing. Booked a car few days before getting to SA, unfortunately the particular car i booked eas unavailable. The team at Vaal suggested an alternate that was perfect for what i needed. They delivered it on time, the whole handover process was smooth, they offered some suggestions on what routes to take on my trip. They were also quite helpful in assisting to clear a parking fine i picked up while i had the car. All in all I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone needing to hire a car.

We rented a car for a week. We were very pleased with this company’s service. Booking was quick. They contacted us in advance and explained all the details. The car was delivered to our apartment on time. The paperwork was completed quickly. The car was nice and clean. We drove it to all the tourist spots without any issues or complaints. The service was exceptionally good from start to finish! The communication was really effective and friendly customer service. They even accommodated my delayed flight and patiently waited. Will recommend them to everyone. Will definitely come back!!

Отличная компания! Пригнали машину в указанное мной место, забрали также, откуда я указал.Очень быстрое оформление. Машинка новая, чистенькая. Если занесёт меня в Кейптаун ещё когда-нибудь, арендую в этой компании большой бус. Рекомендую!
